There’s no ride quite like the Mt. Shasta Summit Century.

The final climb of the day… lies way in the background.

We offer you the good things in life. Like challenging climbs. Breathtaking views. Lightly trafficked, rural roads. And 16,500 vertical feet of climbing over the course of 139 miles (rides of 100, 60 and 30 miles are also available).

Wrap all that in a cloverleaf route that encourages you to test yourself (you’re never more than a downhill away from home), populate the ride with the friendliest volunteers on the planet (one rest sto offered valet bike parking the last three years), and you’ve got something special.

Something like the Mount Shasta Summit Century.

Registration now open for 2013: Sunday, August 4

Our 139 mile Super Century features 16,500′ of climbing

It’s tougher than the Markleeville Death Ride – but a lot prettier, and a better first ride for those who are new to hilly, mega-century rides (that cloverleaf route means you’re never more than a downhill away from the finish).

Our Summit Century offers 10,500′ of climbing

It’s the perfect hilly century for those ready to move beyond standard centuries.

Our Metric Century is moderately hilly – only 4,200′ of climbing in 58 miles

Our metric century offers all the views at less than half the suffering. Plus, it’s just plain fun.

Our Half Metric ride?

It’s great for families, novices or folks who’d rather enjoy the views than wrestle with gravity (it’s only 30 miles and 2100′ of climbing).

No matter which route you choose, you’ll benefit from excellent support and friendly volunteers (including an average of three sag wagons working at any one time).

Is this the year you ride one of the prettiest, toughest century rides in the west?
