We’ve been busy little devils; we just finalized our 2012 jersey design and opened the doors to pre-orders. We’ll close pre-orders on June 1, so don’t wait too long (electronic operators are standing by).
We will offer a limited number of jerseys for sale on the day of the ride, but make no guarantees.

Here’s How To Order
Jerseys are $75. To order, click here
Make sure you get the right size; once you’ve clicked the “order” button, you (and us) are committed. Changing your order is a royal pain in the butt.
Some Notes
- We’re switching jersey suppliers to Voler, who make their jerseys right here in the state of California
- Because there is little difference between the two, we’re selling only club cut jerseys
- If there is any doubt, order the next larger size. Last year we traded a bazillion jerseys back for the next larger size, and we’d like your help avoiding that this year
What Will Happen
- When you order a jersey, we’ll charge you a $5 shipping charge
- The jerseys will arrive just prior to the ride
- If you pick up your jersey at the ride, we’ll give you back a crisp, shiny $5 bill
- If you don’t pick it up, we’ll mail it to you after the ride
Sound simple? That’s because it is.

PLEASE consider adding the race-cut and full zipper to the offerings. I love the design, but I’m all full up on baggy jerseys that don’t work with bibs!

I vote for full zip race cut!
I didn’t see that many “club cut” sized riders during my 139 miles last year….
I vote for the full zip as well. It’s a fairly important item.
I also think the design is awesome!
Great Jersey…good design! Club Cut style fits well…Voler makes a good product. I have many of their jerseys. Good choice…
Hey guys, we got sizing samples from Voler and tried them on Sean Doyle (former road race champion of Oregon and I believe still the record holder for the Mt. Shasta Hillclimb). He’s a greyhound, and the difference between the club and race cut just wasn’t that significant.
I’ll check in about the full zip. Maybe we can accommodate that on the preorders.
TC
Thanks for the input, TC. It all depends on what you’re looking for though… and there’s a difference in “trying them on” and truly riding all day in them There ARE significant differences. Less volume in the body, smaller diameter bottom hem and shorter torso are the most important aspects of the Race-fit. I own multiple samples of Voler club and race, and have handled countless fit kits that also includes both items. I don’t know what else to say – I won’t buy any more club-fit Voler jerseys.
Along with race-fit and full zip, I’ll go all out and also mention that the AMP fabric (standard fabric) also does not measure up. The only way to go is the SQ-Pro fabric. I can’t say enough good things about it. Voler makes fantastic product… but you have to specify all the details, or you end up with the “standard” stuff that most clubs opt for out of convenience.
I’ll stop causing trouble now. Bummer that I won’t own one of these jerseys!
Yes, PLEASE DO put a full zip on the jersey!! I am a woman and I wear bib shorts because they’re so dang comfy. A full zip jersey would be extra appreciated. I ordered my jersey yesterday, going with a size large based on your recommendations.
Thanks bunches!

Don’t forget socks to go with the jerseys!
Volor jerseys are very nice. However, they have two major problems. They are over-priced and the club fit jerseys are cut on the smaller size. I would suggest ordering one size larger. I’m 5’10″ and 155 pounds and like my jerseys to fit a little lose so I wear a large. The Volor club fit large is tight at the bottom and at the waist. (ok at the upper part) My other jerseys fit fine.

Very disappointed at the limited access for these jerseys. Every rider should have access to order one.
Wow. This is one of the sharpest ride jerseys I’ve seen. In a world where most ride jerseys are badly designed, this stands out even more. Now I just have to see if I can work out a way to get there to do this ride…. This jersey is a motivating factor.
