Directions to the Mt. Shasta Summit Century Start/Finish/Registration
Mt. Shasta is located on I-5 approximately 55 miles north of Redding and 40 miles south of Yreka.
The Start/Finish area is at Mount Shasta City Park (1315 Nixon Drive — follow directions below).
If you are coming from Redding…
Follow I-5 to Mt. Shasta and take the Central Mt. Shasta exit. Turn right (east – towards the mountain) at the stop sign onto Lake Street.
The Mt. Shasta City Park is one mile down the road on the left hand side. Turn left (west) into the second Nixon Dr. turn you see and take an immediate right after crossing the railroad tracks.
If you are coming south on I5 (from Yreka)…
Follow I-5 south to Mt. Shasta and take the “Central” Mt. Shasta exit. Turn left (east – towards the mountain) at the stop sign onto Lake Street. After turning onto Lake Street, turn left (north) at the first stoplight onto Mt. Shasta Boulevard.
The Mt. Shasta City Park is one mile down the road on the left hand side. Turn left (west) into the second Nixon Dr. turn you see and take an immediate right after crossing the railroad tracks.
Headquarters for the ride is past the Senior Center. Parking is available in the park and along Mt. Shasta Boulevard.
